  • Entry Form
    • Entries will open approx 4-6 weeks prior to show date.
    • Enter May 31st Saturday Show Pending ➤
    • Enter Jun 1st Sunday Show Pending ➤
    • All entries close approx. May 20, 2025

  • Proof of Coggins and vaccinations
    • Negative Coggins certificate which must have been pulled within one year prior to day of show.
    • EHV-1 (Flu-Rhino) Vaccination which must have been administered within 6 months prior to day of show as required by USEF Rule GR845 ➤

  • Proof of USEF & USDF Membership ➤
    • Follow the link to download and easily print
    • Each competitor is responsible for supplying management with correct association numbers (USDF, USEF) for horse, owner, and rider before the day(s) of the competition.
    • The scores of competitors who fail to supply correct numbers may not be counted toward national awards.

  • Freestyle Competitors
    • Please include your name, horse's name and freestyle level
    • Submit your music via the upload link on your entry confirmation or email it to the show secretary
    • Be present for your sound check.
    • Know the rules for the level you are riding. This includes forbidden and permitted movements for your level.

$40 Dressage Seat Equitation
$75 FEI Test including FEI Musical Freestyles

$25 Merry Musical Classes
$23 USEF Drugs & Medication Fee
(Mandatory for all entries except Opportunity)
$30 Office Fee
(Mandatory on each entry - Non-Refundable)
$25 Incomplete Entry Fee
(i.e., entries submitted without proper documentation)
$55 USDF Non-Member Fee
$40 Non-Compete Fee

Located just inside entrance and spaces may be limited

  • If show is cancelled due to lack of entries, full refunds will be issued.
  • If show is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions (i.e. State of Emergency declaration) no refunds will be issued.
  • There will be no refunds after the closing date for any reason.
  • Scratches received prior to closing will receive a full refund.
